Embracing East Willoughby's Heritage and Bushland Charm.

The design, deeply influenced by the local architecture, reflects the historic charm of the "Avenues" within Willoughby, as well as drawing influence from historical Architectural housing located along the Castlecrag Architecture Walk.

Avenue House features remarkable timber finishes and an impressive abundance of natural light, thanks to the double-volume hallway on the northern side. This design not only enhances the home's warmth and openness but also its functionality.
